Please fill out the application in clear legible writing. If you have questions then please contact Imam (included in application form).

Please read the following requirements and bring the relevant documents with you on the day of Nikah.

1.    Register your marriage at the local county office before coming for Nikah

2.    Both bride and groom must be present in person on the day.

3.    Wali must be present in person (Wali must be the father unless deceased, if there are any issues   with this then please call the Imam)

4.    Valid Driving License for Groom, Bride, Wali

5.    Proof of residential address for both bride and groom.

6.    Two adult male Muslim witnesses and their ID (passport or driving license)

7.    If bride or groom have been married previously then a legal document of divorce will be required

8.    Please come on time

If the above requirements are not met then the West End Islamic Center reserved the right to refuse hold the Nikah ceremony.
